About FLIP NC
Founded in 2017, FLIP NC is an all-volunteer, grassroots organization based in Durham. We use targeted, direct voter outreach to left-leaning voters to elect progressive candidates in North Carolina.
FLIP NC runs our own voter outreach, supports grassroots partners, and provides election analysis to help drive progressive strategy and targeting across the state.
In 2024, our data-driven voter outreach was critical to Justice Riggs’ narrow victory. For 2026, we’re continuing our highly effective lit drop and text banking programs, designed to turn out left-leaning voters and make sure they have the information they need to vote the full ballot.

Our goal is to make voter outreach easy, effective, and fun! All of our events are designed with first-time volunteers in mind, and we provide all the information and support you need to get started. We hope you will join us!
