Friend Banking is when FLIP NC volunteers get together on Zoom and reach out to their friends in North Carolina about voting. Using their own phones, friend bankers text, email, or call personal contacts to ensure that they have a voting plan; to answer any questions they may have about voting; and to offer to digitally send them their sample ballot, help them check their registration, etc. FLIP NC leaders guide volunteers as they have these conversations.
