Join NC Supreme Court Justices Anita Earls and Allison Riggs, along with Sam Wang, PhD, from the Princeton Gerrymandering Project, for a discussion about the fight for voting rights, justice, and returning power to the people of North Carolina.
As our federal institutions are attacked and dismantled, state governments – including our state courts – will become more critical than ever to protecting our rights. North Carolina has long been the canary in the coal mine for attacks on our democracy, from rigged election maps to Jefferson Griffin’s attempts to overturn his 2024 election loss.
This event is geared towards college students, but all are welcome to join.
Doors will open at 5:30pm. The panel discussion will begin promptly at 6pm.
This event is free but requires advance RSVP. Sign up here.
