Brandon Lofton a lawyer, longtime community leader, and father of two. He is working to increase funding for public schools, expand access to affordable healthcare, invest in public infrastructure, and transition North Carolina to a clean energy economy.
When I was a kid, NC schools were considered a national model. Groups visited NC to learn from us. The education I received changed my life. I want our kids to receive the best education possible. It’s not just a constitutional obligation. It’s a moral one.

Protecting this seat is essential to shifting the balance of power in Raleigh so we can have a legislature that works for everyday North Carolinians by fully supporting public education, expanding Medicaid to reduce health care costs for everyone, and protecting our natural resources from greedy corporations.
About NC House District 104
Mecklenburg County has been trending increasingly blue over each of the past several election cycles. Rep. Brandon Lofton flipped this district from red to blue in 2018. A strong incumbent, he is well positioned to hold the seat and continue working for a better North Carolina, but we can’t take anything for granted in this critical election. Every vote matters!
